Implement changes to branch_light_placements (and hemi_pics) #26

I've changed the columns in branch_light_placements, and I've added a new hemi_pics csv in Dropbox\DataBase_DataOrganization\Import table examples\Light Table Data Examples. hemi_pics is low priority, but branch_light_placements is quite high.
