Keeping the basement entrance exterior clean

The basement entrance is now the hackspace's main entrance.

Unfortunately, due to its pit-like nature, debris like leaves, dust, used nappies, etc tend to get blown down there.

We need people to occasionally sweep it up so that it remains presentable.

Also, I was kidding about the used nappies.

I also wonder whether the building would let us powerwash the stairwell (I suspect not but we can check). It is not looking its best and could be thoroughly brightened up by some powerwashing.

Agreed, I thought so too. Looks great.

Maybe a list of upkeep tasks constantly needing doing should be posted physically somewhere so these things can happen more regularly.

Sorting out the sink and that area and keeping lime from accumulating would be another such item. So would keeping the tables in the quiet room clean and clear so that when we give tours we at least have one "professional/conference/working space" clear at all times. That would help me book events, among other things.
