The loop compensation capacitor for the feedforward current sink, C24, isn't large enough to prevent oscillations even under fairly benign load conditions (TTI single-channel PSU, 10Ω wire-wound resistor in place of coils). Increasing it to 100 pF solves the issue, and still leaves tons of bandwidth headroom compared to the FF input pole.
