Embedded HTML fails to render #111

For embedded HTML such as subscripts T<sub>1</sub> in the scalability profiling content, the rendered version shows the bare HTML code instead of applying the proper HTML formatting.

Thanks @wyphan, these equations should be implemented using latex rather than markdown, I've opened an issue for this in the course material repo: https://github.com/UNIVERSE-HPC/course-material/issues/49
