Adding:

• fix to rebinning function
• add function to clean out bad recordings: e.g. if everything is 0 when the stim=sucrose and conc=100mM, remove the recordings with the same beeID and sensillum.
• add function to remove a channel, e.g. GRN3
• add some other small functions to e.g. check if a timeseries matches some metadata settings
• update Rachel's filter function to use another function that will throw an error if the metadata key isn't present
• add function to get mean response over time of all the channels and timeseries in a dataset.
• update run.py to go through cleaning and some example rebinning
