[Feat] Add Background customization option for custom themes #39

As a user I should be able to customize the background color for my custom theme.

  1. This issue is a child of #34
  2. This issue has https://github.com/Oxocarbon-Theme/Oxocarbon/labels/Status%3A%20On%20Hold because it relies on #38 to be implemented
