Database Combine Function:

• Google Drive:

  • Create csv for each photo group > Photo_Database/GD with photo names, path, exif data
  • Add UTC timestamp for each photo

• UWIN:

  • Create csv from all species timestamp data downloaded from UWIN
  • Compress detections into a single row for each photo

• MD: -Create csv from all megadetector JSONs

• Combine GD, UWIN, MD csvs by timestamp (UTC) and location (locationAbbr)
