This is more a pywebview issue, as per https://github.com/r0x0r/pywebview/pull/520. Adding issue here to utilise that once complete!

So while it works - unfortunately both Winforms + GTK APIs fail to handle this in any sensible way. Notably removing borders on both results in a window that cannot be resized (one must implement this by hand, apparently).
