Self-explanatory.

Some ideas:

Make something a little more visually interesting than a pile of text fields
Add the album cover
Clearly indicate sort names rather than just "Artist (Sort Artist)"
Additional debug information that would be useful to me (UID, MediaStore IDs, other stuff)
