What do you mean by "auto queue" @Lucky390163?

Lucky390163 commented 5 months ago

@I mean sll searched songs from should be listed according to search. While currently Screenshot_20240528_082920_Musicolet app doesn't support it

@Lucky390163 Still don't quite get what you mean. What do you want to be searching for and what is supposed to show up?

Lucky390163 commented 5 months ago

It doesn't play all songs from searched option only a single songs which is clicked added to queue.

I understand what Lucky390163 is mentioning. When you use the search feature and play a song, they want the existing pool of songs as possible shuffle/next songs to be limited to the songs listed in that search when the song is picked. For example RocketPlayer and MusicPlayerGO do this.

Additionally the feature of "play next" does not work for songs if searched.

Lucky390163 commented 5 months ago

Yes please add this functionality

OxygenCobalt commented 5 months ago

I see. That sounds like something I can add as a "When a song is played from search" or something like that.

Lucky390163 commented 5 months ago

Just like musicolet and aimp apps.

OxygenCobalt commented 5 months ago

I don't know how musicolet and aimp work @Lucky390163, but I'm not too keen on copying them since their UIs are usually very clunky.

The default setting would just be to play from the search results if a song is ever selected from search, but it's a setting you can change to other behaviors as well.
