When Updating

Allow the gradle to refresh
Run ./gradlew migrateMappings --mappings "1.20.4+build.3" in the terminal

Full technical changes

Upgrades to Minecraft version 1.20.4 (from 1.20.1)
Boosts ram allocated to gradle to 2gb (from 1gb)
Changed MixinGameRenderer to MixinWorldRenderer
Implemented renderWidget() rather than renderButton() in HudElement
Adjusted signatures for scrolling in HudElement and related features
Migrated from using Serializer to Serialization for fromJson() calls
Bumps modmenu api version to 9.1.0-beta.1
Bumps essential version to 1.20.4-fabric:16719+g53e79466ed
Bumps loader version to 0.15.9
Bumps fabric version to 0.97.0
