Stops using random time units in many files to a unified KDuration class.

Changes

Refactored Long.timeDelta() to provide a Duration instead.
Refactored formatDuration() to be an extension function using Durations
Refactored formatTimer() to be an extension function using Durations
Added timeDeltaUntil() extension function
Added Duration.formatShortDuration()
Refactored many calls to timeDelta() to use durations
Removed Int.ms() Long.ms() still exists
