• !rl and !vrl (vote to remove leader) should also include the helper (aka. the second leader)
• Need to disable glow and beacon function for leaders on dead or infection
• Should we allow current infected leaders to open the leader panel?

Current infected leaders can open the leader panel if sm_leader_remove_on_die is set to 0

Attempting to update sm_vl and sm_vrl to include the helper, but it's bugged. if argc = 2:

• sm_vrl [helper] removes main leader if two leaders online
• sm_vrl [helper] not working even when main leader resigned

if argc = 1:

• if two leaders online, vrl menu choose one always gives "already a leader"
• if only main leader online, vrl menu removes and assign the same leader
• if only helper online, vrl vote targeted but not removing
