For now, only allow Drums to be made whose floor and lid measure the same thing EXACTLY, not up to sign.

NOPE - I'm a moron, didn't understand how Stim works. This fine! Instead, will reuse this task as a 'check all the "equal up to sign stuff" works' given our (my) new understanding of Stim
