Serial 3/4 parameters missing #605

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.  Upload arudcopter 3.2.1 firmware
2.  connect via mavlink to mission planner
3.  Check parameter list

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
There should be the following parameters in the full parameter list:
SERIAL3_PROTOCOL
SERIAL3_BAUD
SERIAL4_PROTOCOL
SERIAL4_BAUD
But they are missing.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Arducopter v3.2.1  on Windows with Mission Planner

Please provide any additional information below.
Trying to use for 2nd GPS
