I can't really test the 2-way functionality, but TCP *should* be working on
upload and on download. UDP may always be download only...since there's no
guarantee what order the messages will be delievered.

It will be next week before I can get back to this issue.
But to configure:
1) Open GCS, click TCP and enter localhost:30300 then click connect
2) Open Emulator and select TCP and enter localhost:30300 (I know the textbox
is tiny) and click connect, Start
I see I have a typo in the binary processing...so please download 1.2.74 before
trying this.
