Create Preference screen #12

would add designs to this thread.

Preference should include

  1. Delay per move
  2. Delay before restarting gif
  3. Should Gif be in a loop.
  4. Board side
  5. Board color/ image (use predefined colours for now)
  6. Piece set

Feel free to add more.

created preference screen with some settings, did have not added implementations of the settings yet but the setting are saved in shared preference correctly. Also need to add deign and flow for board style.
