added deathexplorer patch and still can't die #4

Not really sure WTF is going on here. All I wanted is to update the brand new Slash'em release with the Ancient nethackTNG code so that people who like Slash'em Vanilla can also have The Next Generation role/monsters/items/code/levels/& rerolls (including minimum value for attributes)

Checked some stuff out and repositioned some things...... ALL this code here (AND the zips) is mega-old. WHEN I get this up and running I will update the readme and stuff, although the patch is absolute CRAP! not sure how to ACTUALLY create a patch, so far I get 1118997 lines of code or something like that!

anyone figure out how to disable the 0 hp but not dead bug yet?
