Improve FILE_STRUCTURE #136

This PR attempts to address #121.

I'm also not too impressed with the current organisation of the file.

LOL, I was definitely in a snarky mood when I said 'I wasn't impressed'. Please no one take that too seriously, I appreciate every single contribution to Ozone tremendously :)
