Add a deletion bot (Carlbot)

Carlbot needs additional setup (I will try to find someone who can help with the bot setup who is better with discord) but at the very least we need channels that carlbot can use to log information.

Examples:

• Warning log (message sent here when a user is banned/muted)
• Join and leave log (message sent here when user joins or leaves)
• Deletion log (message sent when someone edits or deletes their message)

Just be creative if you make something that is too much then we can remove it no big deal if you have issues please ask me any questions you have.

Added logs (sectioned cause there was an easy setup and that way you can easily find what you want. Add join message and welcome message but they will need to be updated and the starboard which allows users to react to messages with a star and if there is enough stars then the message will be pinned in the starboard channel and muted role, which apparently doesn't apply to new channels so we'll have to recreate it or add it to the channels <3
