Admin roles, dev roles, Patreon roles, beta testers, etc.

Added dev, BDO Buddy Team and Patreon roles

The roles are good, we need a few more however to be able to open this up to the public.

Information such as the following:

Roles for beta testers
Roles for alpha testers
Possibly some support roles for support users who are members of the volunteer team?

Added these three roles, let me know if you want/need more. Also added muted role with Carlbot. I did the support role as a moderator but I can change the name if you want
