Added ability to create managers to UI so it'll be easier to hook up mongo once you get it running alongside UI - Creating a manager should automatically create the manager collection for you. Then a refresh and a manager should pop up in the primng grid immediately to the right of the creation form. It looks aweful right now. Wanted to wait for sass before styling anything.
