Fix spelling error #174

Just a minor mistake - "curriculum" had an extra i in there.

Thanks for your work! I've dabbled in development for several years and even done some freelance work, but working through your guide has taken me to a new level skill-wise. I'm looking forward to continued growth as I get into the harder parts of it.

You're welcome. And, yeah, each tier is going to ratchet up the difficulty - but it'll be so, so worth it.
