Fix the navbar to the top of the screen, so that it stays as you scroll down #66

It would be really cool if we could have the navbar look identical to how it is right now, but when you scroll, the navbar is 'fixed', or it scrolls with the page.

This is a "first-timers-only" issue. That means that we are requesting that only those new to open source try this one out! Please ask as many questions as you need, I am here to help you create your first contribution to open-source :D
