Gather requirements to create a new resources section to better visualise the contents we are currently working on in GDocs.

Meeting between Chris, James and David about revision 3 of the main P2Pvalue website (21/07/2015)

Suggested agenda by David

Requirements backend (by UniS) Publications will be renamed to resources (for the moment), and everything is kept in one level Resources/Archive (landing page?) Project deliverables Publications Presentations Journal Articles Audio Video Photos Posters/Flyers Logos Code repository (static page with links to each repo) We keep the current structure for project deliverables, pubs, presentations and journal articles Chris provided already of a list of content types: Audio: distinguish from current one (in podcast)? similar settings? Video distinguish from current one (in podcast)? similar settings? Photos gallery style? galleries of galleries? Posters/Flyers expected file types: jpg, png, svg Logos expected file types: jpg, png, svg

DoW: are there any other requirements we should consider in order to fulfill the agreement at DoW? Examples: http://dcentproject.eu/resources/ looks a good structure also for P2Pvalue, but there are some differents. E.g. publications? structure of deliverables Presentations, how would you image it within this kind of structure http://neteduca.pt/recursos Similar idea, but using a landing page. The good thing about this one is that we could reuse the current structure of some sections (deliverables, publications, presentations?) Design (by P2PF) Depending on the options, but we will need some design. E.g. if landing page, images, etc. Theming (by P2PF) Coordination to implement the design with outsourcing company Also, solve current bugs (e.g. https://github.com/P2Pvalue/p2pvalue-website-code/issues/3): menu not working in Android Dates: David will start the backend development on 17/08/2015. At least, a couple of weeks for backend development. Design by P2PF could be done beforehand (or in parallel). Contents could be loaded by P2PF after backend development (2 weeks) Theming by P2PF (outsourcing) could start around 01/09/2015. Could they do it in around 1-1.5 weeks. That would give us around 1 week for deployment, testing, etc. With this the site would be ready around 15/09/2105 Do we know dates for next P2Pvalue meeting? It would be great to have it by then… does this plan match?
