Create new resources->pictures section #19

Configuration of the CT will be similar to http://cress.soc.surrey.ac.uk/web/resources/gallery
Create view with automatic landing page by main pic of gallery (sorted by date) and preview
No need for specific meta for filtering (e.g. taxonomy for licenses)
