Create a design for the main landing page of the resources section
A simpler solution to this would be something similar to http://neteduca.pt/recursos

@lifesized , a simple way to do this (without need for theming) would be an static page with a table including the images for each content type. If you send me the pics, I am happy to create the static page linking to each of the subpages.
