ADS-Audit - no option to disable the retention - Effectv/Dell #100

Describe the bug Max is 720 days for retention but no option to disable the retention if the user prefers not to apply retention for the audit log

To reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior: System Management >> Setting >>Audit Retention Period

Audit logs are no longer maintained after 2 years. Storing data for long days will encounter storage cost and the purpose of audit is to track for some fail over or for security reasons. This will have to be checked almost immediately once the incident happens.

upto 2 years is a long durations.

I have been asking the team to provision some thing like an audit archive application to store audit longs older than the define audit retention duration. There is a idea for this but its not converted into a requirement yet.

@raniangamuthu As discussed on April 12, 2024, Please consolidate the expectations and provide clarifications on the questions asked during the discussion to frame the requirements more clearly.

Requriment drafting is in progress and expected to move to next phase by eod of next week.

Requirment were reviewed by Harsha, Rajesh, Malik, Ashok, Susella, etc on 21 May. Feebacks and items to consider during planning were informed. Feedback provided are being in coropoated. @maheswarareddyi is planning to send the reqruiment doc and schedule a walkthrough by this week.

The requirement document has been submitted for review and is expected to be signed off by June 04, 2024.

A walkthrough of the requirement changes was conducted with the stakeholders. All concerns raised and comments provided were addressed and resolved. The requirement sign-off is expected by June 13, 2024.
