Job Status Update Not working #105

After successful completion of the job also the status is not updating to "completed" state

@kilam005 This issue is already addressed in the version _2024.02.45353RC8 and will be available in the version 2024.03.45398

Job completed and status also updated in version 2024.03.45398. Tested in 146 server. Image

Not fixed yet. 192.168.1.218 server is with the version 2024.03.45414

@Udhayanila8, your image shows issue is fixed, the one by @suseela22 in a higher version show not fixed. Please get this retested in the same build as deployed in 218 currently and update status accordingly.

This status issue occurs randomly. Triggered a few jobs but it wasn't captured. Tested in 218 server. Version: _2024.03.45414P1

image But while triggering rollback for the partially ingested job, the rollback job has been in progress for a long time and the message shows N/A. image Hence reopen this issue.

We have identified the RCA for this issue and fixed. The fix is readily available in the tag '2024.05.45423_RC2' given to the testing team. @Udhayanila8 Can you check and confirm this?

Tested in - http://192.168.1.218:4081/login Version: 2024.09.45542 Issue reopened
Current behavior: For this TC Working as expected - The dispose purge items job is completed in job management and the same status is updated in status monitoring for the dispose purge items job. Not working expected as For - the Dashboard job and the Apply Retention policy job - both jobs failed in job management but for the same job status not updated in status monitoring remains still in progress.
