Enhancement - UI change in search - Need for Filter by Search State

Need filters for search state - All, Ready, Draft State. During the final delivery of the searches it would be helpful for the developer to filter and check the status for final confirmation.

This enhancement is not working as expected. While choosing the draft filter it shows the all draft and validated searches, also while selecting the in-active searches it shows no search available but most of the searches is in-active status. Adding screenshots and video recording. Tested in 146 server. Version: 2024.05.45423_RC1 Hence reopening this issue.

Two group searches were created. One Group Search(Group1) has combination of Draft, Active and Inactive State. Other group search (Group Search) has only Draft state. While filtering in the main searches as 'Draft', it it showing only Group search which has all the search in the draft state. And the other group search is displayed under 'Active' state which is not correct. The group search(Group1) has Draft, Active and Inactive search in it, so it should show the search in all the filter option ('Draft', 'Active', 'InActive')

Group Search 1: All in Draft Mode

Group Search 2:

Filter Search State as 'Draft' which only displays one group Search

Filter Search State as 'Active' which displays one group Search which has different search state

@suseela22 the issue is understandable from screen shots. @prabhakaranUI please recheck and work wih the corresponding BE team to fix it. @Udhayanila8 testing is not perfect. update your test cases

Search filters are working fine in the admin access Screen recording for that screen-capture (22).webm In the list view the filter also works fine. screen-capture (24).webm

But in the tree view, the filter is not working fine, the issue is already available Attached the issue link - #1899

Also, the end-user, Auditor, Retention manager, access filter is not working
