Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Currently we do not have any means to validate and prove COC of Unstructured data ingestion in ADS.

Describe the solution you'd like Ability to provide COC type report/Screen/Dashboard for Unstructured content ingestion.

Describe alternatives you've considered For now we are planning to create a simple search screen for Fugro so that client can look up few unstructured documents for verification.

Additional context We should be able to prove COC for unstructured data ingestion.

@maheswarareddyi work with implementation team and ideate approaches that will be convicing to prove CoC for unstrutred data.
