After server restart also the status is not getting updated

RCA On service restart the previous status of the job is un altered making it be in in porgess state forever.

Fix details On service restart checks are put in place to handle these situations

Version no: 2024.02.45353_RC8 Triggered a few jobs and it is in-progress status. image image Services stopped. image image After restarting the services. ingestion jobs got stopped and a few retention jobs got completed(maybe it was completed before the stop triggered happened). image A retention job failed and the message shows the job in progress. image Ingestion stopped job message also showing job in progress, Also unable to download the logs, it throws an error. image
