Dashboard - Not Updated #30

  1. Consolidated values of applications, users, volume information and jobs are not updated in the Dashboard page even after the completion of dashboard job
  2. Option to export the volume information to a csv/excel format is required

Values not updating is a bug. Team will look into it. Wrt export, it will be treated and can be continued as a new requirement.

We need more details around this request

image image @Deepika-ar , Issue occurred. While triggering the dashboard job in dashboard management , job not schedule properly and not updated, So, Reopened the issue. Tested in 146 server , by Santhanakumari

Dashboard update issue is resolved and verified. This is planned to be avaialable in version 2024.01.x

Please see the below responses for the questions and let me know if further clarification required

  1. please let us understand the purpose and usage of this.
    • It can be exported and viewed for future reference instead of logging and checking the statistics every time in UI and also used to send the report to the requested individuals.
  2. please provide sample of how the output file has to be exported. (from IA)
    • Attaching 2 reports (license and storage report) from IA for reference
  3. If available in IA currently provide details on who all can export this file?
    • User who have the privilege to view the Dashboard should be ale to export the report. Basically an administrator.

After successful run of the dashboard job, Dashboard is not getting updated in 192.168.1.218 server. It is loading infinitely.

@Udhayanila8 please check once in your test region and in 218 personally and report your findings.

@kilam005 The issues occurs because there was a manual deletion of data happened in the HDFS location. The dashboard job didn't capture the log statement and got completed. We have made the necessary fix to make the job fail with the necessary error logs.
