ADS-Audit - Audit report does not support app filter and user filter - Effectv/Dell #98

Describe the bug Audit log view in filters we do not have the option to filter and view the app specific logs. Also, in the Export there is no option to filter based on user and application as well.

To reproduce System Management >> Audit >> View or Export

@maheswarareddyi please work with @raniangamuthu and collect the requirement needs. @ClementJosh21 & @prabhakaranUI change are expected to come and there might be a need for migration script too. Please plan the team accordingly.

@raniangamuthu Please review the following requirements to ensure they meet your expectations. Feel free to add additional points if needed

  1. The Audit filter screen should include a dropdown menu for selecting one or more applications to filter the audit data accordingly
  2. Users should have the ability to filter the audit data by user ID or email address
  3. The users must be able to filter the data by applying all combinations of filter options
  4. The ability to search by user/user email ID and apply application filters must be accessible on the export audit input screen
  5. Export expectations:
    1. The exported CSV and HTML formats of audit data must include the application name field alongside the statement field.
      1. The Application field must display the relevant application name if it is mentioned in the statement or if the statement is related to an application. Otherwise, the Application field will be printed as N/A

Note: The application name field will not be included in the PDF version of the audit data export

The export CSV and HTML should also include the column that holds the search name if its associated with a search and (blank) if its not a search.

@selvakumarchandran and @prabhakaranUI This has to be taken up prior to ADS AUdit Tracking application.

This includes new column inclusion in DB which will be part of the data that needs to be taken into the Audit application.

Prioritze this.
