[Request]: Add CSV format #6

This is a request for the CSV version of GeoLite databases to be added with each release.

Petey hasn't been active in a while, so I built the final solution:

This has absolutely everything, looked at from every possible perspective. CSVs, compressed, split, everything has been considered. Now we don't have to deal with this again, as long as upstream is stable.

Please share it, I spent way too much effort on redistributing what shouldn't be locked away in the first place.

I built this git repository for my own needs, and I didn't expect to get any attention. I don't need .csv versions of the database, so I didn't add them. Looks like you guys got it sorted out, so this issus is closed.
