[1.18.2] Config descriptions for potion configs are swapped #563

Directly from the config file:

#Whether potions augmented with Redstone and Glowstone appear in creative tabs / JEI
    differentDurations = false
#Whether potions with the same effect combination, but different duration appear in creative tabs / JEI
    redstoneAndGlowstone = false

The option being described is not the option being set, for whatever reason.

These descriptions should probably be switched to avoid confusion.
