i'm on 1.20.1 and things like the ender staff don't update their counter until I change the mode they are working on, like switching the staff from ender pearl to ender eye and ONLY THEN does the counter update.
Edit: apparently is not a global problem, it happens with the Ender Staff, pyromancer staff doesn't have this problem, i didn't check other relics
