What should be written?
This section should summarize the findings in Related Work and Problems Suitable for Distribution, and talk about the "hole" that we have found.
It should then present the problem statement / contribution for the project.
It should then either present the requirements or lead to the next chapter where the requirements are presented, depending on how long the list is.
