Like Bans for example or other stuff that could be interesting.

@Techbot121 i dunno how the new aowl works but the old aowl has a hook for kick and bans @CapsAdmin is AowlTargetCommand hook still here?

I removed many of those since they weren't used anywhere in our addons. I think we should just have one AowlCommand hook now that arguments in aowl can be handled by type.
