STATIC statement in PROC FCMP causes error on some machines #4

When run by @Fleegal on 2017-10-17 using both base SAS and Enterprise Guide. Until solution is found, the section has been removed ecbdc53

I re-ran the code in both SAS and E.G. SAS without this error, so the fix appears good. I did see another note in the log about the variable "result_total" being uninitialized.
