Incorporate alternative PAH decompositions.

This may already need to be updated for the ISO-SWS spectra due to its higher spectral R.

Does this mean different intrinsic shapes or just different wavelengths?

We will definitely need this for JWST. The canonical approach would be to add the minimum set of additional (likely narrower) dust features to well-reproduce the training data. E.g. the 7.7µm "Complex" consists of 3 "sub-features" at 7.42, 7.6, and 7.85µm. With a few sub-features of different widths, you can do a pretty good job reproducing a reasonable range of complex shape. Or did you mean something different?
