Include Optimizer in Science Pack #108

The optimizer, once tested and validated on training spectra, should be included in the relevant science pack. Likely easiest to include this as part of the change to YAML-based SP (#47). This will allow the user to experiment with different optimizers (or for us to upgrade them), but also ensure consistency of results.

I've reconsidered this: it should instead be a keyword argument to the model init.
