Allow cubes as input to PAHFIT (in main repo or separate package?)

I strongly favor for a separate package. A CubePAHFIT will bring in specialized training, potential "cross-talk" between model fits, parallel processing, etc. Let's keep PAHFIT core focused on "providing a great decomposition at good speed of individual spectra from a wide range of instruments, using flexible science models".
