Make Jupyter notebooks to demonstrate PAHFIT.

This could really use some energy now. @drvdputt and @Ameek-Sidhu have a great notebook based on the December show and tell, that should be working now. I'd propose a new section somewhere for featuring these, ideally referencing example data we include.
