stdv column name doesn't work in pahfit/pahfit/data/ISO_SWS/ files #208

This is very minor, but I can't get PAHFIT to run with the stdv column name in the pahfit/pahfit/data/ISO_SWS/ files (I get a KeyError). Changing stdv to sigma fixes the issue.

I think the new scipack format renders this one a non-issue, but please let me know if not.
