Hook YAML-based Features table to current astropy.modeling fitting framework #218

We should get this hooked up and working. As part of this effort, we should eliminate the helpers methods and put them into the base class, ala this example usage. Then we'll have everything neatly hidden behind pahfit.model, and can hack on it/change it as needed. I'll start an "in progress" PR for us to work on this.
