In the meantime while fitting issues are being resolved, I am trying to extract the PAH fits and make some preliminary plots. Since PAHfit gives the amplitudes and not the actual integrated flux, we were having some issues with converting these values. In Smith et. al 2008, there is an equation for the integrated flux (section 4.1.4, equation 3). Is the central intensity value needed in this equation the same as the amplitude given in the current version of PAHfit?

Sorry missed this @sophfb. That's right. But be aware that we are currently switching PAHFIT to work exclusively in integrated power instead of amplitude.
