models/genai/api.ts refers to GENAI_API_KEY while the README mentions API_KEY - this updates the README file to have the user create the proper env var (GENAI_API_KEY)

Hey! Great catch! Unfortunately I haven't set up the Google Contribution License Agreements (CLAs) yet so I won't be able to accept this PR until that's all set up. Let me know if you want to wait or if I should just patch it before then (probably won't take more than a day or two)
