Polytec LP and μm modes not setting correctly #21

In the Polytec plugin, the LP and micrometre modes do not set correctly.

The LP modes should be easier to fix, but the μm modes are more difficult as the settings are all set by string values and the mu character is difficult to send correctly through the serial port.

I am commenting out the LP and micrometre modes for the 0.8.0 release, so they will not be available in the user interface.

This seems necessary, as we are removing the line in the metadata output that verifies the setting. So, if someone were to select a bugged mode, there would be no way to identify this in the output data.
