The README refers to Writing the Python backend and Writing the Elm frontend, but it seems that the website is not available any more.

@JoostScheffer Hmmm... yeah, it seems like Pages was disabled for the repo. I believe this same documentation is available in PLACE once you get it installed (click "Documentation" in the top menu bar). But I'll try to get this issue fixed, so I'll leave this issue here to track it. Thanks for reporting!
